I'm really glad that it's sunny out and a little bit warmer. It's reminding me of this past summer when I went camping. In true florist form, I took 56,000 photographs of all the flora and fauna that was around. Here are a few pictures I reminisced over last night.

P.S. Mr Turtle was in the middle of the road, so we pulled over and brought him off to the side. Hopefully he ended up where he was going!

Autumn wedding

This was a more recent wedding in 2009. The space was The Ivy Room, and the planner, Greatest Expectations. Photography by Gerber and Scarpelli.

Chocolate and cream

This bouquet reminds of butter and croissants. Maybe some jam, too.

Today was an Otis Redding and Ranunculus kind of day. With clementines for lunch and all the color around us, we didn't even notice the snow outside.

I know I said I wasn't going to work today...

It's Monday, my day off. I relaxed a little, I swear! I ate a delicious chicken sandwich for lunch and just finished my crossword. I really am going to make that lasagna for dinner tonight. Everyone at work is going to love it (it's vegetarian, you guys! Walnuts instead of meat!). But in the meantime, here are a few things to be excited about for tomorrow!

After a long, six day work week I decided to scrap the idea of baking a homemade lasagna and we opted for Piece Pizzeria and Brewpub instead, for their Sunday special, a pizza and a growler. Soon we were on our way with a pipping hot pie and a jug full of the worrying ale. We set up with our mugs and the grub (which very much so appealed to a certain Bootleg and Tippie June) and watched Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. I was so pooped I couldn't finish my beer (!) and we made some tea. Today there is most definitely a crossword in my future.

P.S. I also took some amazing photos of Dave in the heart of a laugh attack, but won't post those.., just yet!
